Return and Exchange Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns of any unauthorized manufactured items.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Additionally, a purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Customers must select a shipping method that allows tracking information when returning or exchanging items.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and items damaged/lost due to consumer reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Returning existing items and then repurchasing the items you need after the return is accepted is the fastest way to ensure you get the items you want.
General Return Process

Step 2: Our customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.
Step 3: Ship the item back to the designated return address, ensuring it is securely packed. Please pack your item properly and retain all necessary shipping documents.

Refund
After receiving and verifying your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 2-3 business days.

Costs: Refunds for international returns will have return processing fees deducted. For items returned via your chosen return method, refunds will only be processed after the items arrive at our warehouse; if your items are lost in transit, you will need to file a dispute with the carrier. If your order exceeds the customs duty-free allowance, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes.
Order Cancellation: We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If your payment has been completed but the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before the goods arrive and we will provide a full refund.
Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
